Release Waiver
Anyone in attendance is REQUIRED to turn in a signed copy of the release waiver. This includes students, chaperones, teachers, etc… We strongly encourage you to have all forms signed and turned in on the date of your assembly.

Bus Reimbursement
Please complete this Bus Reimbursement Form. Submit the completed form and bus invoice by May 31 in order to be reimbursed for your bus expenses. Any delays or incomplete forms may prevent I Love A Clean San Diego from reimbursing your school. If you have any questions, please contact Linnea Bird lbird@cleansd.org.
