Volunteer With Us To Support Kids Adopt-A-Beach

Come join us for a Kids Adopt-A-Beach cleanup!

You will be helping to assist a an elementary school summer program in cleaning up Ocean Beach.

We are seeking 10-15 community volunteers to join I Love A Clean San Diego to help these students with their cleanup. You will help hand out supplies, act as a patrol, and guide students along the beach.

Students will be bussed to the beach and arrive around 9:45 am and wrap things up around 11:15 am.

We are asking volunteers to arrive by 9:15 am to help set up materials and pack up any remaining materials after the event and be wrapped up and out of there by 11:30 am. We are happy to verify community service for this event.

Morning After Mess Cleanup

Join I Love A Clean San Diego for a litter cleanup at Fiesta Island! We are partnering with Surfrider San Diego to clean up around Mission Bay after the celebratory July 4th weekend.

Our staff will be set-up with a check-in table at Fiesta Sunset Beach. Join us at 9am to grab supplies and help us clean up!

Watershed Warriors: Bonsall Community Cleanup

Join I Love A Clean San DiegoFlaherty”s Charities, and the County of San Diego for a litter cleanup in Bonsall! We will divert litter from the San Luis Rey Watershed and keep it from traveling to the Pacific Ocean.

Our staff will be set-up with a check-in table and supplies at the Historic San Luis Rey Bridge. Join us at 10am for a talk by our Education Team about our watersheds and recycling right, then grab supplies and help us clean up!

Dumpster Days Street Sweep

Join I Love A Clean San DiegoCouncil District 4Council District 9, and SDG&E for a street sweep in Lincoln Park! We will divert litter from the San Diego Bay Watershed and keep it from traveling to the Pacific Ocean.

This is a street sweep to complement the Dumpster Days drop-off event! While residents do a drive-through bulky item drop-off, you can help us comb through the neighborhood and pick-up litter. Our staff will be set-up with a check-in table at the Willie Henderson Sports Complex. Join us at 9am to grab supplies and help us clean up!

Fallbrook Swap Party

I Love a Clean San Diego is excited to announce the Fallbrook SWAP Party happening on June 4, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Vince Ross Village Square in Fallbrook!

Clean out your closet recently? SWAP Parties are an opportunity to replace your gently used clothing for things you actually need. By participating in the swap, you are helping to conserve natural resources, reduce the environmental footprint of producing new goods, and building community.

RSVP to our event and bring in any gently used clothing items, like t-shirts, jeans, jackets, and trade them for other goods at no cost. Items with significant holes, stains or odors will not be accepted.

We will accept:
✅ Clean, new or used, second-hand items

We will not accept items with
❎ stains, smells, broken pieces

Join I Love A Clean San DiegoRolando Park Community Council, and Think Blue San Diego for a litter cleanup in Zena Canyon! We will divert litter from the San Diego Bay Watershed and keep it from traveling to the Pacific Ocean.

Our staff will be set-up with a check-in table at the entrance to Zena Canyon. Join us at 4pm to learn about the canyon and recycling right, then grab supplies and help us clean up!

Our staff will be set-up with a check-in table at Escondido Creek in Harmony Grove. Join us at 9am for a talk by our Education Team about our watersheds and recycling right, then grab supplies and help us clean up!
