Join I Love A Clean San Diego and Think Blue San Diego for a Valentine’s weekend litter cleanup in Barrio Logan! We will divert litter from the Chollas Watershed and keep it from traveling to the Pacific Ocean.
Our staff will be set-up with a check-in table at Memorial Dog Park. Join us at 9am for a talk about our watersheds and recycling right, then grab supplies and help us clean up the neighborhood!
We will sort, weigh, and dispose of collected litter, and after the cleanup you can request a community service letter in your Community Hub dashboard. Enjoy fresh coffee and hot cocoa thanks to our partner, Café Moto! They will be at the event kick-off site from 9am to 11am serving free drinks from the Café Moto van or pop up tent (weather permitting).
This event requires a signed release-of-liability waiver for all volunteers, and anyone under 18 needs a waiver signed by a guardian. Please download and print the waiver below, sign, and bring with you to this cleanup.
